TheNewGuy staff abuse (Trial Moderator)

I broke no rules sir, you have ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to ban me, a kick would suffice, even though it would be inappropriate considering i didn't break the rules. You need to learn your rules please. You are at fault. Just accept it as it is and let the admins know that you banned me wrongfully.

@ Drugz, there is a difference from KNOWING THE RULES and knowing them "very well". Look at the damn rules yourself and you will see I should be in favor. I don't need people like you giving favor towards your friends in something like this.

PS.: I called you a kid because that is what you are. I admitted my fault on my ONE AND ONLY OFFENSE, the failed advert, please do the same and show you are more than just a kid. You know I didn't do anything wrong bud.

PSS.: @ Drugz, and no the NLR doesn't state that in the rules so I will not abide by that. Unless otherwise stated in the rules or by an admin.

PSSS: @ Drugz, and no they did speak through their headsets about kidnapping me, but they didnt want to do it, there was no advert and there was RDM.

Okay guys, seriously, I honestly did NOT BREAK ANY RULES other than that one exception which I give to the fact I am new. I just want to be allowed back on the server. I seriously hope the staff has guidelines on when to ban players and when it is acceptable or not acceptable, which in this case was not.


My responses to TheNewGuy are in bold and his are in quotes BELOW.


THENEWGUYS notations:

This is not stated on the rules, and you should have told me, I told you multiple times to type as I can not understand you through your mic. You disregarded that comment by saying, "I don't care."

"We had like 5 Building Signs up, and you kept coming back asking "Can I join, can I join" and we said no and you kept getting closer and closer so we warned you a few times to back up or die and you didn't listen to we killed you. Also, you were jailed only ONE time during that because you were in your car NLRing and ramming our Door while we were building getting in the way."

You are incorrect, I did not keep coming back to ask if I could join, I asked once, then 30 minutes later a second time because one of my friends were trying to. No I was not ramming your gate. If I did hit it, it was on accident and not on purpose, I accepted the death because I was said by you that you would kill me. But that jailing is abuse of power.

You had plenty of time to come back and BOOM, take off the sign, only in a split second. No excuse. Plus I witnessed no RDMing complaints. Plus it was there for a good 15-20 min until I told you about the 5 minute rule, then you took it down.

Not true, well I was in my car, but I was driving around with the others, and if I got in the way, I am sorry but it happens. I can GUARANTEE you I did NOT STAY IN THE WAY.

"In the Chat I was unable to find it, I did see it later by scrolling REALLY far up in Console. But the person you raided didn't even know either. Plus you can't just sit there for ten minutes and then go in and not be smart enough to call it again"

If you refer to my post, you will see that I was scouting the area, i didn't, "just sit there." Please use your brain. I am the only here who seems to be using his intelligence, so don't say I am not being smart, please and thank you.

Still requires an Advert which you did not do, as shown in the screenshot, and when I called you out on it, you went and did it. So you know it should have been done.

PSSSSS.: TheNewGuy, I don't think this is the friendly staff service this server is looking for. You do seem like a great kid, but you just need to listen and think before you act. Please don't take my complaint harshly, I just do not like being wronged like this, I am sure you understand. I'll say this again, you seem great, just please use discretion. You seem like someone who CAN learn, just as I can, with that advert rule I mentioned above.
