I've had a lot of experience on DarkRP servers, around 2 years of playing. I've seen everything that people do to ruin peoples experience. I've had experience in administrating on a few minecraft servers with highly populated servers with around average of 50 on at one time. I have not however been a Mod/Admin on a DarkRP server but have had a few friends who have been and have told me how things work. I believe I would be a good choose of a Mod/Admin because I've had a lot of experience with gmod and know how the game works. I take my job very seriously. If I was a Mod/Admin I believe I could bring the server someone who could quickly act on those who brake rules and help those who need help. I am a quick learner and have great respect for the owner for his great work and effort for creating and running a DarkRP server because I do know they are not an easy thing to run. I can be quickly contacted by many means of communication suck as my phone, steam, skype(skype i use the most), and email. I have a flexible schedule and tend not to have a lot of plans because I've chose to have a relaxing summer and also I do not have a job so I do have a lot of time to be on the server.
I want to be a Mod/Admin on this server because I have found it hard to find a truly good DarkRP server. This server however is one that I would like to spend a lot of time on because it does have a lot of things that I like in DarkRP server. I want to help make this server good because there are not a lot of good DarkRP server and I want this server to truly flourish and be successful. Lastly I do take criticism fairly easily so if I am doing something that you would like me to change I will not get offended and will do what you say.
-Do you know any staff members?
Yes. I know Behavioral in real life and talk to him almost everyday.
-Do you promise to try your best to turn bad players into good players instead of punishing them and forgetting about it?
Yes I do. I feel it's important to show rule barkers that this server does have good active Mod/Admins. People will tend to test the limits of what they can do when they first join DarkRP servers so showing them what will not be tolerated is important instead of just punishing them and forgetting about them because that seems not very effective and will make the server look bad.
-Do you promise not to make up your own rules, not to give warnings for silly reasons and not to give warnings to people who only broke the rules once on accident?
I Promise. This I feel makes and brakes a lot of good servers and is very important to making this server great. This I would take very seriously and will not break this rule.
-Do you understand that RetroRP is a relaxed server and that we want all staff to be mature, not be upset if someone calls you a bad name, cussing is okay on RetroRP?
I do understand. I do not get upset from getting called names and find it quite entertaining.
-Do you understand that if you misbehave/prove to be unsatisfactory as a trial-mod, we may remove your rank and make you user instead?
Yes I do. If I am doing anything wrong as trial mod feel free to tell me what i'm doing wrong. I would respect your decision if I was to have my rank remove but I hope that will never happen.
