Why should we rank you?
Why should you make me a trial mod? I should be ranked up to trial mod because I have had lots of experience in DarkRP servers, I have been an admin in 2. I understand how people hate to be rdmed or rda'd. Therefore will enforce all of the rules and be respectful to all players at the same time even if they are frustrating me. I would take my time out of my roleplaying to help all players that need help. I will go on the server as often as I can to stop rule breakers. I will be strict when I need to be and not strict when I don't need to be. When I punish people I will try to be as logical and ethical as possible and try to have them not break rules in the future.I have helped this server by suggesting that the sv_allowcslua 1 be changed to 0 which allows players to run client side lua scripts. Which makes it very easy to hack on the server.
I biggest reason that I want to be a trial mod mainly because of the rule breakers. I hate it when I get rdmed and I can see when other players are getting upset because they were rdmed or propkilled and I wish that I could have helped them. The second biggest I want to be a trial mod is because I really like this server as oppose to other server because the moderators and admins are very friendly and not just off doing their own thing. I get frustrated when I go onto a server and find out that the admins don't help at all, which is unlike this server and I want to keep it that way. I plan to be a fair moderator while still having fun. I hope you consider this application. Thank you for your time.

Do you promise to try your best to turn bad players into good players instead of punishing them and forgetting about it?

Do you promise not to make up your own rules, not to give warnings for silly reasons and not to give warnings to people who only broke the rules once on accident?

Do you understand that RetroRP is a relaxed server and that we want all staff to be mature, not be upset if someone calls you a bad name, cussing is okay on RetroRP?
I understand that RetroRP is a chill server, and that is part of why I like it.
Do you understand that if you misbehave/prove to be unsatisfactory as a trial-mod, we may remove your rank and make you user instead? I understand that I can be demoted if I misbehave or be unsatisfactory and I accept full responsibility for all of my actions.
