Once you have submitted your application it will go through a process. The retrorp staff will then look at your application and vote on it secretly. Once the voting is done it will get moved to the solved folder where it will either say accepted or denied. If your application does not appear in the solved folder within 2 weeks, you have not met the minimum requirements and your application has been deleted.
Please note when it says [Open] at the top we are looking for trial-mods, when it says [Closed] we don't need anyone right now but your application will remain there, you can still create an application even if it says closed.
IF YOU GET ACCEPTED YOU WILL GET PUT ON TRAINEE FOR ONE WEEK. IF YOU PROVE TO BE UNSATISFACTORY WITHIN THAT ONE WEEK YOU WILL STAY A USER. IF YOU PASS THE TRAINING COURSE, YOU WILL GET SET TO TRIAL-MOD FOR 30 DAYS, IF YOU PROVE TO BE UNSATISFACTORY WITHIN THOSE 30 DAYS YOU WILL GET DEMOTED! IF YOU HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS AS A TRIAL-MOD WITHIN THOSE 30 DAYS, YOU WILL GET PROMOTED TO MODERATOR. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO PM A STAFF MEMBER FOR SUPPORT.
