I'm a valued part of the RetroRP community. As a veteran player (though Recruit rank), I have encountered many rule breakers in my time. Most of them get off scot-free because there are no staff online at the time. As a moderator, I can take direct action to give the proper punishment to these hornswagglers. In addition, I read the chat. This means if a player is accused of RDM and says it was a mug, I'll know they're lying. I can effectively use the console to determine what's going on, so prop blockers will have no defense. I also remain impartial during admin sits. Yes, the accused may be my best friend, but they could also be a hornswaggler.
So that covers the staff qualifications. What about the human factor? I'm fun to be around, and I understand the rules completely. I can distinguish between proper fearRP and what isn't, meaning muggers have no room to complain. I have never failRPd in my entire time playing DarkRP, so when I'm with friends I play appropriately. I often find myself telling people to remove one-way props, or to stop running during a mug.
Let's face it. According to the link to find hours, I'm one of your top ten players. Four of the others are staff. If you add me as staff, then half of your top ten players will be staff, and since one-half is a nice number, why not try to go for it? I solemnly swear that you will not regret it.
