As a trial-mod on the server of RetroRP I have had fun and did my duty. I helped users with problems! I used my powers for good! I learned everything I needed to know! I made sure this server was safe, and I made plenty of new friends. This server has shown me that it is fun being in charge of others, but what it takes to do so. As some people know I have messed up once or twice as a trial-mod, but it was a learning experience that I loved. Meeting new people, correcting people who done wrong, and making sure the server was safe. As a trial-mod my duty was to prove myself and did i do so. I had tried my best. I succeeded in everything I could, and I personally think I did good in doing so.
As a I advanced to moderator by showing what i could do and also doing the application that used to be there. I showed that I proved myself for the position of moderator. At that moment all I learned from being a trial-mod was put to the test. I was more skilled, persuasive, and vigilant. As a moderator I watch for what I can and help as soon as possible. If it’s from getting stuck in a wall to mass RDM I will come to the emergency. The position of moderator has made me better in helping others and even a better role player. Moderator is a big role that I played and I felt that it was a great run. Now I think as this time has passed. I am ready to become an administrator.
An admins duty is to watch over players and staff I want to take that role. As a trial-mod and moderator, I learned what I could and practiced what I knew. From the time I found out about the server to now it has been one fun experience roleplaying, moderating, and helping one another out. But it is time for me to go ahead of the rest of that. As an admin I will only use my powers to help others, not in vain. To be nice and never get angry for the little things. I will make everybody remember the name of RetroRP. Making the time of their lives on this server. As an admin of the server Retro there will be no chaos, but fun. I had the best time on retro now I say it is time for me to make Retro the best time for others.
My experiences on Retro has and still is awesome. I love playing with old and new users everyday. I also like hanging with my staff partners. As an admin I will help watch the users and staff. Make sure they’re doing what they’re supposed to be doing. Watch them so they don’t abuse. For what I learned, I will use it to help other staff learn and I will do what I can to teach lower ranks the good and bads. I am one to help others succeed in any way they can so they know who, what, when, why, where, and how things work. I believe others should have the knowledge I have to be respectful to others and they can pass on what they have learned as I do.
When I first joined Retro I wasn’t the most mature person there. But through discipline and hard work I have grown and become a better, a more mature person. I have been on the server very often giving out discipline while also receiving it. I think after this time I am ready to make others as I am, mature. I from time to time will have fun and play around, but never abuse the powers I have. I will teach people simple to more advanced rules and more in depth as well. From buying a printer or gun, to making large amounts of meth. The people I help will want to enjoy the server and have fun. Each person will come back for more fun everyday. I want to be the person to do that as an administrator.
Admins are to set a good example to the players and other staff members. I want to show server users and other staff how we should be. I mean as in we should not have little chat fights or start yelling at each other. We should set an example on the staff members and users so they can enjoy talking or role playing with us. When you’re on a server and get in a fight people don’t want to listen to that, then they don’t want to come back.
Thats not how we want to represent the server. We want players to enjoy the time they have and so they tell their friends about how AWESOME RetroRP is. And when the server gets more people per day they want to stay on the server and come back each and every day. The way we represent the server is the way the server will continue on.
I am in school now so I can’t get on during the midday. I also can’t get on much during thursday since of football practice. So I will try to get on as much as possible during the weekend and try my best to be more active. The weekdays are going to be a challenge for me, but I can do my best to get on the server and do my duty. I will try to be on and active, but I am a normal kid with chores so I must clean and do other stuff. The time I do get on the server is the time I stay for as long as possible. I feel like I need to be as active as possible as an admin. I believe in trying my best till I exceed expectations. So for me it will be tough, but I am willing to try.
The fun I have on the server is awesome with the people that I greet or vice versa it’s always fun. I’ve experienced good and bad things on the server. For instance NPC’s spawning in one spot, which wasn’t really that bad. But something that was good was the variety of jobs. There are a lot of jobs and each one of them has it’s own way it works. This is how DarkRP becomes more fun. By making more and more of everything it gets better and better each and every time. The server is always something fun to be on after school or on the weekend.

I want to encourage people to become staff and also play for more and more time. While I play as much as I can I will make it so everyone can enjoy their time and put effort into helping the server out themselves. And once everyone is active and continues the server will grow. And the population will get bigger as we go on.
