Donation questions and possibly exchanging RPCash for ranks.

Guys, I'm going to be blunt. I want Supporter+. I don't have money. I have about 1mil RPCash from farming. $1,000,000 on the store runs you $25. Supporter+ is $20. If you want to make the trade, please let me know.

So, as for my questions.
-Is it allowed to do this?
-What happens if I accidentally input the wrong steamID?
-Why are the prices so ridiculously high for RPCash?
-Is the server run by donations alone or is this payed for out-of-pocket?
