There are always confusion about gunlicense, so this thread is to help clear up and to make a suggestion VIO.
For the sake of the lack of Mayors
I would assume that all gun dealers a legally allowed to sell.
The only way to figure out if they hold illegal weapons is a pat down (with proper reasoning)
Gunlicenses DOES NOT give you the right to hold it out in public, but gives you the right to own one.
My suggestion (because no one wants to be Mayor most of the time)
is Allow the POLICE CHIEF to issue Gun Licenses.
