Number Of Hours On GMOD: Well I've been playing Gmod pretty much since it first came out.
Why should we rank you?
I believe you should rank me because I'll be a fair moderator. As I am too one of the players on this server, I just want a clean game of RP. If I was a moderator I'd explain any misunderstanding towards RDMs, RDAs, etc. There are many accounts of confusion towards these factors, because I understand not everyone can grasp at the idea of Role Playing, but I'd be patient and stern with the rules so that everyone can enjoy the server to the greatest potential. Before I act on any punishments I'll take my time to hear out and discuss the conflict so the solution would be just. I will admit that I have not have much experience with moderating or being an admin and such, but I'm a quick learner and I'm sure I can fulfill the role well.
Eventually I would like to see the server grow to an RP server that holds rare events. Events such as a proper raid w/ warrent on a drug cartel cooking meth. Or a Gang war with backstory on who controls the turf. I believe that with guidance the server and all the players can make this happen, which is another reason I wish to become a moderator. So I can help explain and encourage others to execute their roleplaying to this point. Today as I played as the SWAT Chief I had directed my fellow SWAT members into organized squads and even had training involved. I'm sure it was as enjoyable for me as it was for the other players that were joining me and I hope the whole server can get to that point.
Do you know any staff members? Personally I don't know them, but I have had my time playing with Vioteck, Drew, Donkey, etc.
Do you promise to try your best to turn bad players into good players instead of punishing them and forgetting about it?
Yes, exactly what I hope to do.
Do you promise not to make up your own rules, not to give warnings for silly reasons and not to give warnings to people who only broke the rules once on accident?
Yes.
Do you understand that RetroRP is a relaxed server and that we want all staff to be mature, not be upset if someone calls you a bad name, cussing is okay on RetroRP?

Do you understand that if you misbehave/prove to be unsatisfactory as a trial-mod, we may remove your rank and make you user instead? Yes.
