Why should we rank you? (Must be 2 paragraphs at least 16 sentences.): Why would I like to be a trail-mod? Their are many reasons upon why one would like to apply to be part of RetroRP's staff team, many in which that could help the server and be beneficial. I've noticed, over the approximate 8 hours here, that RetroRP is a growing community only made a few days, or so, ago. Thus, attracting new players to join in on the community. With the growth of new players, sadly, RetroRP will attract not just good role players but also players that will become griefers, minges, spammers, and also very disrespectful people. Since this server is very new, the ratio of staff members to these types of players will be very low and hard to monitor. Furthermore, I noticed that sometimes staff members aren't on to watch over the community and make sure the rules are being followed.
During my playtime on the server I have met a lot of people who RDM (Random Death Match), break NLR (New Life Rule) and so forth. I would like to become trail-mod so then I can help the community from these categories of people and make RetroRP a more friendly place. I have acquired and learned some commands of a staff member. I have been trained mostly to becoming an admin/staff member on a different server by a couple of the owners, but never got the chance due to a hacker that disabled/destroyed the server (It doesn't exist anymore, just the forums now). Anyways while being taught I learned very important lessons of being a staff member. I have learned to always keep an open mind and listen to both sides of the story. I must always let all of the players try and convince me that either something wrong was done on purpose or by accident. Also the owners taught me some basic ULX commands, but not all of them so I might need to look some commands up, study, or learn from some of the main figures of staff when they have some time. Don't worry though, I am a quick learner and I already read the rules (!MOTD).
As I am taking this role, I agree to do the best that I can and help as many people in need because that's the duty of a staff member. To serve and protect, I like to say because when you are a staff member, you serve to protect the role players from the griefers, minges, spammers, and so forth. Also it is my duty to not let my emotions affect my judgment and never abuse my power. Even if my friend is the one in trouble, it will have no affect on me as I have a job to do to keep the rule breakers away.
