Specifically, this: "Do NOT attempt to smartass your way around these rules." Pretty straightforward and it prevents any "well it wasn't in the rules" excuses.

how is it an excuse when it's not in the rules ? Let me explain. The rules say you can't discuss applications in-game. Discuss it on the forums with the excuse "It says no discussing IN-GAME?" That's smart-assing. |
