SPOON: An object that can somehow be bought in jail that lets the inmates try to escape. Very loud and if a cop arrests you while you are already in jail then you lose the spoon.

Could be replaced with a nail file or something

I like it, but make it take 80 seconds for the spoon to work. That way inmates won't try to escape the moment a cop leaves

They have to wait for a suitable distraction, such as a police raid or something.

My suggestion? Make the spoon a drill instead. Makes more sense, and let's face it, drills are awesome.
