Why should we rank you? Ok here we go, to be completely truthful I saw that you needed Admins, but to be an admin you need to be a Moderator, and to be a Moderator you have to have been Trial-Mod. So I'm hoping to climb the ranks over time and become an admin one day. When I first joined i was rda'd and rdm'd like crazy and I knew this server had a lot of potential if it didn't have these toxic players. Well I thought to myself maybe I should become an Admin and restore order. Later on that day Drew came online and started going to work on these players.
ANYWAY, I think you should rank me so I can hop in among these ranks and put in work. Be the robocop of RetroRP. I don't have much experience when it comes to gmod servers, especially DarkRP servers. Although, I have owned a sandbox for about 2 months before. But that's why it's trial right? So I can learn and get more experience, even if I don't make it to Moderator. But yes, all in all I think you should rank me so i can 1. Keep the players in check 2. Befriend the fellow staff 3. Have some friendly T-Mod Fun. That is all.

Do you promise to try your best to turn bad players into good players instead of punishing them and forgetting about it? Yes, of course. It's not always the best idea to just straight up punish them. The only time I will punish without remorse is if they are giving me too much of a hard time.
Do you promise not to make up your own rules, not to give warnings for silly reasons and not to give warnings to people who only broke the rules once on accident? Once again yes, of course. I would never do anything of the sort.

Do you understand that RetroRP is a relaxed server and that we want all staff to be mature, not be upset if someone calls you a bad name, cussing is okay on RetroRP? Indeed, I understand. I'm not usually the type to be upset when someone throws names at me.
Do you understand that if you misbehave/prove to be unsatisfactory as a trial-mod, we may remove your rank and make you user instead? Yes, and If I catch myself doing it I will try my hardest to stop. Also, if i do get de-ranked or not ranked at all I will accept it.
