Why should we rank you?: First off let's get to know a few personal things about me. I am a 14 young teen heading into Highschool for Freshman year, having personal problems about school though, not bullying but more with relationship problem. Anyways, I love skateboarding, Rap, Electro, Dubstep, R&B. Favorite rap artist is Wiz Khalifa, and Kendrick Lamar. I'm mostly laid back at times unless I need to take some action, little bit aggressive at some points, but still kind heart and merciful.
Since you now know a little bit about me you'd probably have a good idea of what to expect of me to be apart of your staff. For playing on Retro RP server I'd usually come encounter with multiple trolls, and rule breakers and sometimes there aren't any staff available for any needs of assistance to stop them, punish them or teach them the right way to play. Being a Trial-Mod, I'd assist trapped/stuck players inside of walls such as with the car glitch, fading doors, and prop blocks. I'd keep away any hackers that I've witness on the server that had caused intense damage such as causing errors with the weather add-on, props and players have become invisible, and chat spam. Also I'd help assist any questions players have with the rules or how to play darkrp or even to get them started and even attempt to solve any disagreements between players with broken rules.
If I get in those staff situations when to people disagree I'd listen to both players stories, check logs for evidence, or see if the player can provide any evidence and if there isn't any progress with the situations then it should be let go, but I'd spectate the reported player for a while. Kinda got this from another server I used to have Staff Commands as Super Admin on call Mafia Craft which was a darkrp server, but sadly it wasn't very successful and has shutdown (If you need proof of the server I can give you contact with the server Owner and the forums website for evidence).
If I do manage to get this applications approved I'd do my best to help improve the gameplay and community getting rid of unwanted pests, or improve the players relationship with the community and get them on track the right way. : I have met and seen a few staff members on at late times such as. Viotek, Retro Ninja, Ruthy, Drugz, Not Steven, Behavioral. They are mostly the staff I've seen on the server, but I'd like to meet the rest of the crew.

Do you promise to try your best to turn bad players into good players instead of punishing them and forgetting about it?
: I accept and promise that I will stand up and help the player successfully change his/her mistakes to teach them the right way to play on a darkrp server and if they do not want to cooperate, I shall punish them for their mistakes.

Do you promise not to make up your own rules, not to give warnings for silly reasons and not to give warnings to people who only broke the rules once on accident?
: I promise and swear to my heart not to make up any rules without Owner's Permission to do so and to give players at least 1-3 warnings for them to understand the negative situation they are causing to the Community. I also promise and swear to my heart that I'd not do immature warnings to the player without an actual good reason considering to the rules.

Do you understand that RetroRP is a relaxed server and that we want all staff to be mature, not be upset if someone calls you a bad name, cussing is okay on RetroRP?
: Yes I do understand, and I do expect some player to be very rude and aggressive, such as Rager's and Trollers, but I learned to keep control and not to attempt any further damage. I have still met players like this without Staff Commands and would like to put an end to the aggression and anger they have. Cursing is not okaying on the server due to player with young age on the community. I also have a problem with cursing here and there due to where a I live you can call it da hood or what not but yeah and yes it does offend me when you say da hood or ghetto city since it is where I live my life.

Do you understand that if you misbehave/prove to be unsatisfactory as a trial-mod, we may remove your rank and make you user instead?
: If I do end up misbehaving, not being mature, or breaking massive amounts of rules. I'd be glad to perma-ban myself from the server, but we might not even get to that point at all.
