Removing the lvl system,

I feel like the leveling system is going to ruin the serrver, by that I mean people will see that they cant be a certain job , and leave. Some people dont want to play a lot of a server. And i think its unfair for those people who played for so long, but then they cant become a job they want.

Also can you fix herione being used to not take any damage
because I tried to kill someone with 1 health and he took herione and didnt die. That would be failrp
