I decided to play on this server like I usually do almost every night, and I get banned for no reason by chaoticjoy1. There were people on the server obviously trolling, public building, mic spam, rdming, and ect. One of the people who didn't advert terror used a bomb, and k illed maybe 6 or 7 people. I went up to him, and asked if he adverted, and he said he did. I told him I didn't see it, and he reports me to an admin after cursing me out, and I have hardly said a thing. Then for some reason I get banned. I know it's not a long ban, but it's ridiculous. I didn't even get a chance to explain my side of the story. I have AT LEAST 20 hours on the server, and I literally didn't do anything to deserve a ban. imgur.com/jfq1zKW |

They did in fact advert TERROR, although it was incorrectly spelt TARROR, still acceptable. You were banned for one whole hour. It isn't the end of the world.
You were banned for the following: Failure to listen to 10 warnings. Constant taunting of other players. I listened to your side and their side, I went back and forth between both parties, they were complying and backing off, but you guys just HAD to keep going. So I did what I warned you about, I banned you. You fail rp'ed. You also violated NLR. They did too, but they accepted my agreement of peace in the end, which you guys did not and continued pestering them, especially you PokeCinema.
Also note there has been issues with you in the past, so lets make this a fun server, I told you, "I don't want to be the bad guy." I was EXTREMELY lenient. More lenient than the mods probably are. So I would be thankful, you could have been permanently banned with what was going it, it was a flame that didn't need help growing.
So please learn from your actions, and let there only be peace, and listen to me next time. I really didn't want to ban you, but you both left me no choice, it was getting out of hand.

EDIT: As far as the reason for the banning goes when it happened, I forgot to put it there, but here is the reason above. Again I am sorry for banning you, but it needed to happen, you need to learn when to stop. Especially after several warnings and I mean SEVERAL of them...

Excuse me? What problem has there been with me in the past? Apparently I've missed this. I have not once been kicked, or banned from this server. This is the ONE server I enjoy so I wouldn't dare break a rule on purpose. I never broke any NLR. The ONE time I did die I did cross NLR zone to get to YOU to ask YOU if they adverted. And no, I never got a proper warning. I was taunting no one, the moment I got banned all I said was "please do not throw shoes at me, please" the other guy next to me said something, but that was literally all I said. An hour is a big deal to me as I play on this server a lot. This was an unjust ban, and to be clear you NEVER asked for my side of the story. Not once.

Also when did I fail rp? I was a gun dealer, and just walking around the town. I never once shot, never once did anything out of my role, so please sir. Inform me on where I went wrong.

And even after I asked if he adverted, he said he did. That was that. I literally didn't say another thing about it after that. You never gave me a chance to explain anything, so please don't act like you did when you and I both know you didn't.
